The Trilogy of Americana trilogy kicked off in 1991 with the first movie in the series The Fisher King. In 1995 a second film was released staring Amanda Schull, Zeljko Ivanek, Shannon Lucio, Kirk Acevedo, and in 1998 the series was completed with Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
