Captain Nemo Movies In Order

Even casual readers have heard of the famous Captain Nemo. Originally appearing in the book “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” in the 1800s, this submarine captain has since been broadcast into three movies, and over a dozen different novels. His name has been featured in music, animated films, comics, and more. This trilogy goes over the adventures he has as a sea captain and the exotic places he gets the chance to visit.

The Captain Nemo trilogy kicked off in 1954 with the first movie in the series 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. In 1961 a second film was released staring Michael Craig, Joan Greenwood, Michael Callan, Gary Merrill, and in 1969 the series was completed with Captain Nemo and the Underwater City.
